If I could give this specific location 6 stars, I would. I have been coming here for at least a month every week. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality of the bowl I order every time. A lot of TKS locations I’ve visited and got my meal in person or takeout, but this location is way above average. The bowl is prepared exactly how I order it, and this location makes sure the bowl is FULL. Additionally, the manager/owner(? I didn’t get his name. My apologies.) and the rest of the team I’ve interacted with for my pickup order is at the minimum 5 stars all around. Seriously. Super friendly and the owner/manager makes sure you have everything. Your meal, a water cup if you’re dining in and will even come by and ask each person at the table dining in if they’re doing okay and need anything. That’s exceptional service. That should be recognized from corporate.

First time visiting The Kebab Shop, and I had a great experience. The menu was a little overwhelming at first with all the different combinations and side choices, but Mohd was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful in explaining everything. His recommendations really helped. I ordered the grilled saffron chicken plate with Greek salad and hummus. I was debating between the hummus and saffron rice, and when I picked up my order, Mohd surprised me with a generous serving of saffron rice to try as well. That was such a thoughtful touch and really made my day. Everything was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and tender, the salad was fresh, the saffron rice was excellent, and the hummus with pita bread was just as good as some of the much more expensive Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to around the Bay Area. Great food, great service, and a very welcoming experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back.

MOHD made our visit truly exceptional, and we are very thankful for him. He provided the best service we’ve experienced , friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He gave us great recommendations and even checked on us while we were eating, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. My husband and I consider The Kebab Shop our comfort food spot. We always come back for the grains bowl with lamb, beef, and steak, it’s consistently flavorful, satisfying, and well-prepared. Great food combined with outstanding service is what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend this location. The ambiance is good too.

Honestly, it’s impressive that they can offer this level of taste at this price. I usually visit about once a month, but today the service was especially friendly and really stood out. I always leave feeling full, yet never uncomfortable—just a great place overall. Today I tried the Crave Fries for the first time, and I was very satisfied. Definitely recommend! I love this place!
